The provisional allocation percentage for the John Goleby MP water allocations is the lesser of the percentage calculated using the following formula, rounded up to the nearest whole per cent, and 100%— where— UV means the usable volume for John Goleby Weir. DIV means the total volume of water taken under the John Goleby MP water allocations in the first water period in the water year in which the provisional allocation percentage is calculated. VIWY means the total volume of water carried over to the current water year under section 60 by holders of John Goleby MP water allocations. MPA means the total of the nominal volumes for the John Goleby MP water allocations.
