sch.9-sec.31 Carry over
The ROL holder may allow the holder of a medium priority water allocation in a relevant subscheme to carry over unused water from 1 water year to the next water year. However, the total volume of water the ROL holder may allow the holders of medium priority water allocations in a relevant subscheme to carry over is the lesser of the following— 2% of the total of the nominal volumes for all medium priority water allocations in the relevant subscheme; the total volume of the unused water for all medium priority water allocations in the relevant subscheme. (sch.9-sec.31-ssec.1) The ROL holder may allow the holder of a medium priority water allocation in a relevant subscheme to carry over unused water from 1 water year to the next water year. (sch.9-sec.31-ssec.2) However, the total volume of water the ROL holder may allow the holders of medium priority water allocations in a relevant subscheme to carry over is the lesser of the following— 2% of the total of the nominal volumes for all medium priority water allocations in the relevant subscheme; the total volume of the unused water for all medium priority water allocations in the relevant subscheme.
