The ROL holder must, within the required time after an announced allocation percentage for the high priority water allocations or the medium priority water allocations in a relevant subscheme takes effect under section 26 or 27 , publish details of the announced allocation percentage for the water allocations on the ROL holder’s website. Details for the water supply scheme are on the ROL holder’s website. In this section— required time means— for an announced allocation percentage that takes effect for water allocations under section 26 —5 business days; or for an announced allocation percentage that takes effect for water allocations under section 27 —2 business days.
