sch.9-sec.2 Application of pt 2
This part applies to— the holder of the resource operations licence for the Barker Barambah Water Supply Scheme (the ROL holder ); and all water allocations managed under the resource operations licence.
- (a) the holder of the resource operations licence for the Barker Barambah Water Supply Scheme (the ROL holder ); and
- (b) all water allocations managed under the resource operations licence.
