sch.9-sec.14 Carry over
The ROL holder may allow the holder of a water allocation in the medium priority group in the Barker Barambah Water Supply Scheme to carry over unused water from 1 water year to the next water year. However, the total volume of water the ROL holder may allow the water allocation holders to carry over is the lesser of the following— 20% of the total of the nominal volumes for all Barker Barambah MP water allocations; the total volume of the unused water for the water year under all Barker Barambah MP water allocations. (sch.9-sec.14-ssec.1) The ROL holder may allow the holder of a water allocation in the medium priority group in the Barker Barambah Water Supply Scheme to carry over unused water from 1 water year to the next water year. (sch.9-sec.14-ssec.2) However, the total volume of water the ROL holder may allow the water allocation holders to carry over is the lesser of the following— 20% of the total of the nominal volumes for all Barker Barambah MP water allocations; the total volume of the unused water for the water year under all Barker Barambah MP water allocations.
