For water allocations in the high priority group, the monthly supplemented water sharing index is to be at least 95%. For water allocations in the surface water medium priority group, the monthly supplemented water sharing index is to be at least 65%. For water allocations in the groundwater medium priority group, the monthly supplemented water sharing index is to be at least 80%.
