sec.7C Declarations about watercourses— Act , s 1006
Water is declared to be water in a watercourse in the Giru Benefited Groundwater Area if the water is— in an aquifer under the watercourse, or under land adjacent to the watercourse; and hydraulically connected to the watercourse. Water is declared to be water in a watercourse in subcatchment area E, F or G if the water is— in an aquifer under the watercourse; and hydraulically connected to the watercourse. s 7C ins 2019 SL No. 120 s 5 (sec.7C-ssec.1) Water is declared to be water in a watercourse in the Giru Benefited Groundwater Area if the water is— in an aquifer under the watercourse, or under land adjacent to the watercourse; and hydraulically connected to the watercourse. (sec.7C-ssec.2) Water is declared to be water in a watercourse in subcatchment area E, F or G if the water is— in an aquifer under the watercourse; and hydraulically connected to the watercourse.
