sec.63 Elements of a new water allocation
A new water allocation must state each of the following for the allocation— the per-second rate; the maximum rate; the volumetric limit; the flow conditions. s 63 sub 2014 SL No. 142 s 46 ; 2017 SL No. 7 s 21 amd 2019 SL No. 120 s 27
- (a) the per-second rate;
- (b) the maximum rate;
- (c) the volumetric limit;
- (d) the flow conditions.
