sec.31 Volume of unallocated water held as general reserve or strategic reserve for subcatchment areas
The volume of unallocated water held as a general reserve or a strategic reserve in a subcatchment area is the volume stated for the reserve in the water management protocol for the subcatchment area. This section does not limit section 30 (a) or (b) . s 31 sub 2017 SL No. 7 s 14 amd 2020 SL No. 204 s 5 (sec.31-ssec.1) The volume of unallocated water held as a general reserve or a strategic reserve in a subcatchment area is the volume stated for the reserve in the water management protocol for the subcatchment area. (sec.31-ssec.2) This section does not limit section 30 (a) or (b) .
