sec.10 Water to which plan applies
This plan applies to the following water in the plan area— water in a watercourse or lake; water in springs not connected to water to which the Water Plan (Great Artesian Basin and Other Regional Aquifers) 2017 applies; overland flow water, other than water in springs connected to water to which the Water Plan (Great Artesian Basin and Other Regional Aquifers) 2017 applies. s 10 amd 2016 SL No. 216 s 146 sch 20 ; 2017 SL No. 164 s 80
- (a) water in a watercourse or lake;
- (b) water in springs not connected to water to which the Water Plan (Great Artesian Basin and Other Regional Aquifers) 2017 applies;
- (c) overland flow water, other than water in springs connected to water to which the Water Plan (Great Artesian Basin and Other Regional Aquifers) 2017 applies.
