sec.33 Interference with water related to the granting of unallocated water

This section applies if the purpose of the proposed interference with water is a purpose related to the granting of unallocated water under the process stated in section 24 . The interference must not be greater than is necessary for the purpose of taking the unallocated water. A water licence to interfere with water, granted in association with a water entitlement to take water granted from the release of unallocated water in subcatchment area B, must include flow conditions.
