sec.20 Purpose for which unallocated water may be granted
Unallocated water in the plan area may only be granted for the following purposes— for unallocated water held as a strategic water infrastructure reserve—a raising of Awoonga Dam; for unallocated water held as a strategic reserve—a State purpose; for unallocated water held as a general reserve—any purpose.
- (a) for unallocated water held as a strategic water infrastructure reserve—a raising of Awoonga Dam;
- (b) for unallocated water held as a strategic reserve—a State purpose;
- (c) for unallocated water held as a general reserve—any purpose.
