sec.17 Decisions to be consistent with objectives
Decisions made by the chief executive about the allocation or management of water in the plan area, other than a decision about a water permit not mentioned in the resource operations plan, must be consistent with— the environmental flow objectives stated in section 14 ; and the water allocation security objective stated in section 16 .
- (a) the environmental flow objectives stated in section 14 ; and
- (b) the water allocation security objective stated in section 16 .
