sec.94 Applications for water licences made before commencement

This section applies to an application for a water licence to take or interfere with water to which a repealed plan applied that was made, but not decided, before the commencement. If the chief executive would not, under section 44, be able to accept the application had it been made after the commencement, the application is of no effect and is taken not to have been made. If the chief executive would be permitted, under section 44, to accept the application had it been made after the commencement, the application is to be decided under this plan. (sec.94-ssec.1) This section applies to an application for a water licence to take or interfere with water to which a repealed plan applied that was made, but not decided, before the commencement.
