sec.90 Arrangements for interstate trading
In deciding the arrangements for interstate trading between the State and New South Wales mentioned in section 89 (3) (b) , the chief executive must ensure the arrangements are consistent with— the water plan outcomes stated in part 3 ; and the measures for achieving the water plan outcomes stated in part 4 ; and the environmental flow objectives and water allocation security objectives stated in part 5 .
- (a) the water plan outcomes stated in part 3 ; and
- (b) the measures for achieving the water plan outcomes stated in part 4 ; and
- (c) the environmental flow objectives and water allocation security objectives stated in part 5 .
