sec.37 Assessing consistency with particular objectives
To assess the consistency of a decision with the environmental flow objectives for surface water or underground water to which this plan applies, or with the water allocation security objectives for surface water to which this plan applies, the model computer program’s simulation for the simulation period must be used. To assess the consistency of a decision with the water allocation security objective for underground water to which this plan applies, the Border Rivers Alluvium (deep) decision support tool must be used. If it is not practicable to use the model computer program’s simulation, or the Border Rivers Alluvium (deep) decision support tool, another kind of assessment approved by the chief executive may be used. In this section— model computer program means— the eWater Source computer program; or the MODFLOW computer program; or the statistical analysis and reporting programs associated with a computer program mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) . (sec.37-ssec.1) To assess the consistency of a decision with the environmental flow objectives for surface water or underground water to which this plan applies, or with the water allocation security objectives for surface water to which this plan applies, the model computer program’s simulation for the simulation period must be used. (sec.37-ssec.2) To assess the consistency of a decision with the water allocation security objective for underground water to which this plan applies, the Border Rivers Alluvium (deep) decision support tool must be used. (sec.37-ssec.3) If it is not practicable to use the model computer program’s simulation, or the Border Rivers Alluvium (deep) decision support tool, another kind of assessment approved by the chief executive may be used.
