sec.14 Underground water units and underground water sub-units
The underground water management area includes the following aquifers (each an underground water unit )— the Border Rivers Fractured Rock; the Border Rivers Alluvium; the St George Alluvium (shallow); the St George Alluvium (deep); the sediments above the Great Artesian Basin; the Queensland Murray-Darling Basin deep. The Border Rivers Alluvium, in the Border Rivers Alluvium underground water sub-area, is made up of the following aquifers (each an underground water sub-unit )— for underground water to which this plan applies above the aquitard in the Border Rivers Alluvium—the Border Rivers Alluvium (shallow); for underground water to which this plan applies below the aquitard in the Border Rivers Alluvium—the Border Rivers Alluvium (deep).
