sec.26 Period for which water is granted for particular State purpose
This section applies to the volume of water granted from the strategic reserve for either of the following State purposes— a project of State significance; a project of regional significance. The volume of water is granted only for the life of the project and on conclusion of the project the volume of water returns to the strategic reserve. (sec.26-ssec.1) This section applies to the volume of water granted from the strategic reserve for either of the following State purposes— a project of State significance; a project of regional significance. (sec.26-ssec.2) The volume of water is granted only for the life of the project and on conclusion of the project the volume of water returns to the strategic reserve.
