30 Use of sound-generating devices
(1) A person must not operate or use a sound-generating device in a way likely to interfere with, or be a nuisance to, a person or animal on land to which this division applies.
Maximum penalty—
(a) for a corporation—400 penalty units, or
(b) otherwise—200 penalty units.
(2) A person does not commit an offence under subsection (1) for anything done with the consent of Water NSW.
