27 Prohibited things
(1) A person must not bring onto or possess on land to which this division applies—
(a) a plant or part of a plant, or
(b) an animal, or
(c) a firearm, imitation firearm or prohibited weapon, unless the person is a police officer on duty.
Maximum penalty—
(a) for a corporation—400 penalty units, or
(b) otherwise—200 penalty units.
(2) A person does not commit an offence under subsection (1) for anything done with the consent of Water NSW.
