67 Obstruction of authorised officer
A person must not—
(a) obstruct, hinder or interfere with an authorised officer in the exercise of the officer’s functions under this Act or the regulations, or
(b) impersonate an authorised officer.
Maximum penalty—
(a) in the case of a corporation—$250,000, or
(b) in the case of an individual—$120,000.
