60 Cost of audit

(1) Water NSW is required to pay to the Treasurer the cost (as certified by IPART) involved in and in connection with carrying out the operational audit of Water NSW.

(2) Without limitation, an operating licence may include terms and conditions relating to the determination of the cost of carrying out the operational audit.
