57 Operational and other audits
(1) IPART is to prepare operational audits of Water NSW at the times directed by the portfolio Minister.
(2) The portfolio Minister may direct IPART to prepare an operational audit of specified matters only.
(3) IPART is to ensure that each operational audit of Water NSW is prepared in accordance with its operating licences.
