114 Regulations
(1) The Governor may make regulations about a matter that is—
(a) required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, or
(b) necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
(2) A regulation may create an offence punishable by a penalty of not more than—
(a) for a corporation—400 penalty units, or
(b) otherwise—200 penalty units.
