82 Standards for mandatory floodplain harvesting condition

(1) For the Act, section 115, the holder of an approval is taken to have complied with a particular aspect of the mandatory floodplain harvesting condition imposed by section 81 if the holder has complied with the requirements under Schedule 6.

(2) Schedule 6 is a mandatory condition of a water supply work approval if the work is subject to the mandatory condition under section 81.
