62 Exemption from requirement to hold water supply work approvals

(1) A person specified in a provision of Schedule 4, Part 4, Division 1 or 3 is exempt from the Act, section 91B(1) in relation to the construction of a water supply work in the circumstances, and subject to the conditions, specified in the provision.

(2) A person specified in a provision of Schedule 4, Part 4, Division 2 or 3 is exempt from the Act, section 91B(1) in relation to the use of a water supply work in the circumstances, and subject to the conditions, specified in the provision.
