19 Polling period
(1) The Returning Officer in an election is to fix –
(a) the date on which ballot papers are posted to eligible electors; and
(b) the date and time of the close of the ballot.
(2) The ballot papers are to be posted to eligible electors at least 14 clear days before the close of the ballot.
