Tasmania regulation
These regulations amend the Water Management Regulations 2019 and take effect on the day their making is notified in the Gazette (regs 2–4). They do not themselves set out new substantive rules here; rather they alter the authorised version of the 2019 Regulations. The changes affect persons and businesses already subject to the 2019 Regulations and are administered by the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment.

These regulations may be cited as the Water Management Amendment Regulations 2020 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Water Management Regulations 2019 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Water Management Regulations 2019 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 10 June 2020
