91J Metering records
(1) A person must not fail to keep the metering records the person is required under this Act to keep for metering equipment that has been installed in connection with a water management work.
Maximum penalty—Tier 2 penalty.
Maximum civil penalty—Tier C civil penalty.
(2) A person must not in or in connection with a metering record required to be kept under this Act, or a requirement of a regulation in connection with metering equipment, make a statement or furnish any information that the person knows to be false or misleading in a material particular.
Maximum penalty—Tier 2 penalty.
Maximum civil penalty—Tier C civil penalty.
