#### 87A No compensation payable in relation to access licence 87A No compensation payable in relation to access licence > No compensation is payable by or on behalf of the Crown to any person who suffers loss or damage because of any of the following— > > > (a) the suspension or cancellation of an access licence, > > > (b) any error, misdescription or omission in the Access Register, > > > (c) the registration in the Access Register of any person as the holder of an access licence or a security interest in an access licence, > > > (d) the registration of a caveat in the Access Register. > > **s 87A:** Ins 2004 No 39, Sch 4 \[24\].
