#### 64 Notice of decision 64 Notice of decision > > (1) After determining an application under this Division, the Minister must cause notice of the determination to be given to the applicant and, if the application relates to— > > > > > (a) an area that is not within a water management area, or > > > > > (b) a water management area for which there is no water sharing management plan in force, > > > > to each person who has made an objection in connection with the application. > > > (2) (Repealed) > > > (3) A notification under subsection (1) must be given within 7 days of the determination. > > **s 64:** Am 2002 No 138, Sch 2 \[10\]; 2004 No 39, Sch 3 \[4\].
