370C Contravention by corporation

(1) If a corporation contravenes a civil penalty provision, each of the following persons is taken to have contravened the same provision if the person knowingly authorised or permitted the act or omission constituting the contravention—

(a) a director of the corporation,

(b) a person involved in the management of the corporation.

(2) Proceedings may be taken against a person for a contravention of a civil penalty provision whether or not proceedings have been taken against the corporation.

(3) Nothing in this section affects any liability imposed on a corporation for a contravention of a civil penalty provision by the corporation.
