336I Power to enter premises
> > (1) An authorised person may enter premises at a reasonable time for the purpose of taking the remedial measures for which the authorised person is appointed.
>
> > (2) For the purpose of entering or leaving premises, an authorised person may enter other premises.
>
> > (3) A power to enter premises conferred by this section authorises entry by any reasonable means.

> > (4) An authorised person may, while on premises under this section, take action reasonably necessary to take the remedial measures, including—
> >
> > > (a) interfering with land or anything on the land, and
> >
> > > (b) interfering with a water supply work.
>
> > (5) An authorised person must, if asked by the owner or occupier of premises, produce a copy of the authorised person’s instrument of appointment.
>
> > (6) This section does not authorise an authorised person to enter premises used solely for residential purposes except with the consent of the occupier of the premises.
