#### 301C Regulations for measurement of supply of water 301C Regulations for measurement of supply of water > The regulations may make provision about the measurement of water supplied by a water supply authority, including the following— > > > (a) the method of measurement, > > > (b) information to be provided by persons about the supply, > > > (c) requirements for persons to meter the water supplied, > > > (d) the installation, location, care, maintenance, testing and discontinuance of meters, > > > (e) faulty meters, including adjustments in fees or charges for faulty meters, > > > (f) directions given by water supply authorities to persons about matters referred to in paragraphs (a)–(d), > > > (g) the ownership of meters on land not vested in a water supply authority. > > **s 301C:** Ins 2024 No 80, Sch 1\[13\].
