#### 141 Application for establishment of private water corporations 141 Application for establishment of private water corporations > > (1) Two or more landholders of landholdings that are being worked on as 2 or more holdings may apply to the Minister to constitute a private water corporation in relation to those landholdings. > > > (2) An application is— > > > > > (a) to be in the approved form, and > > > > > (b) to be accompanied by a works plan for the corporation and proposed rules for the corporation, and > > > > > (c) to be accompanied by any other information required by the Minister or prescribed by the regulations, and > > > > > (d) to be accompanied by the fee (if any) prescribed by the regulations. > > **s 141:** Subst 2008 No 73, Sch 6 \[21\]; 2010 No 133, Sch 2\[54\].
