#### 114 Minister may impose fees and charges 114 Minister may impose fees and charges > > (1) The Minister may impose fees and charges for the purposes of this Act. > > > > Note. > > > > Under the [Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal Act 1992](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1992-039), any fees and charges imposed by the Minister under this section cannot exceed any relevant determination made by the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal. > > > (2) The Minister may waive or reduce any such fee or charge in a particular case or class of cases if the Minister is of the opinion that the circumstances warrant it. > > **s 114:** Am 2004 No 39, Sch 4 \[39\].
