#### 113D Conditions imposed by Minister for exempt controlled activities 113D Conditions imposed by Minister for exempt controlled activities > > (1) This section applies if a person is exempt under the regulations from the requirement to hold a controlled activity approval under section 91E. > > > (2) The regulations may permit the conditions of the exemption to be imposed by the Minister if the conditions are— > > > > > (a) published in the Gazette, or notified in writing to the person, and > > > > > (b) for the protection of— > > > > > > > (i) the waterfront land on which the activity is carried out, or > > > > > > > (ii) a river, lake or estuary to which the land has frontage. > > **s 113D:** Ins 2024 No 80, Sch 1\[8\].
