#### 113 Register of approvals 113 Register of approvals > > (1) The Minister is to cause a register to be kept of— > > > > > (a) every application for an approval that is duly made under this Act, and > > > > > (b) every approval that is granted, extended, amended, transferred, surrendered, suspended or cancelled under this Act, and > > > > > (c) every agreement entered into by landholders under section 101 (2). > > > (2) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the form in which such a register is to be kept and the particulars that are to be recorded in such a register. > > > (3) The register must be made available for public inspection during normal business hours at such places as may be prescribed by the regulations. > > **s 113:** Am 2002 No 138, Sch 3 \[15\]; 2004 No 39, Schs 3 \[31\], 4 \[38\]; 2014 No 48, Sch 1.10 \[22\].
