57 Duration of licence
(1) [Section 57 Subsection (1) amended by No. 56 of 2008, s. 30, Applied:11 Feb 2009] Unless revoked earlier, a licence remains in force for such period as the Minister determines and specifies in the licence.
(2) A water allocation of a licence ceases to have effect on the expiration of the licence or on any earlier date specified in the licence.
