300A Replacement of authorisations
[Section 300A Inserted by No. 56 of 2008, s. 120, Applied:11 Feb 2009] The Minister, on receipt of a prescribed fee, may give the holder of a licence or other authorisation under this Act a replacement for the licence or other authorisation if the Minister is satisfied that the original has been –
(a) stolen, lost or destroyed; or
(b) damaged to a degree that renders it unsuitable for use.
