288 Payments into Public Account
[Section 288 Amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019] The following amounts are to be paid into the Public Account unless the Minister determines otherwise under section 289 :
(a) any fees or charges paid under this Act;
(b) any penalties paid under this Act;
(c) any other money received under this Act.
