280C Duration of water supply emergency
[Section 280C Inserted by No. 6 of 2007, s. 5, Applied:30 Apr 2007] A water supply emergency comes into effect on the day on which it is declared and continues in effect for –
(a) the period specified in the declaration; or
(b) such longer period as the Minister, by instrument made during the period specified in the declaration, determines.
