222 Inspection of accounts
[Section 222 Substituted by No. 56 of 2008, s. 98, Applied:11 Feb 2009] A person having the custody of any accounts of a trust must, on demand by the Minister or an elector of the trust, permit the Minister or that elector to –
(a) inspect the accounts; or
(b) make copies of the accounts; or
(c) take extracts from the accounts.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.
