206 Approval of application

(1) [Section 206 Subsection (1) amended by No. 56 of 2008, s. 93, Applied:11 Feb 2009] The Minister must, in considering an application under section 205 , ensure that the rules of the trust submitted with the application conform to the prescribed requirements, if any.
(2) [Section 206 Subsection (2) amended by No. 56 of 2008, s. 93, Applied:11 Feb 2009] The Minister may, in approving the application, impose any condition that he or she considers necessary to give effect to the objectives of this Act or any relevant water management plan.
