136B Application for well driller's licence
[Section 136B Inserted by No. 56 of 2008, s. 62, Applied:11 Feb 2009]
(1) An application for a well driller's licence is to be made to the Minister.
(2) The application –
(a) may only be made by an individual; and
(b) must be in accordance with section 12A ; and
(c) may specify which class of licence is sought; and
(d) may specify which endorsements are sought.
