100 Withdrawal of application
(1) In addition to the rights to withdraw an application under this Division, an applicant for a transfer may, on giving 7 days' notice in writing to the Minister, withdraw the application at any time before it is approved.
(2) [Section 100 Subsection (2) amended by No. 29 of 2018, s. 51, Applied:10 Dec 2018] On receipt of the notice, the Minister must repay any fee received from the applicant under section 12A , less any expenses incurred by the Minister in dealing with the application until receipt of the notice.
