Division 1—Functions and powers of Commission 7—Functions and powers of Commission (1) The Commission has (in addition to the Commission's functions and powers under the Essential Services Commission Act 2002)— (a) the licensing, price regulation and other functions and powers conferred by this Act; and (b) any other functions and powers conferred by regulation under this Act. (2) If water industry entities are required by licence condition to participate in an ombudsman scheme, the Commission must, in performing licensing functions under this Act, liaise with the ombudsman appointed under the scheme.
