sec.85 Appointments and authority
The following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it— the chief executive’s appointment; an authorised person’s appointment; the authority of the Minister, the chief executive or an authorised person to do anything under this Act. s 85 amd 2012 No. 39 s 84E
- (a) the chief executive’s appointment;
- (b) an authorised person’s appointment;
- (c) the authority of the Minister, the chief executive or an authorised person to do anything under this Act.
