sec.38 Defect in relation to a warrant
A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in the warrant, or in compliance with section 35 , 36 or 37 , unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular. In this section— warrant includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 37 (5) .
