sec.14 Only certain persons may add fluoride to a public potable water supply
A person must not add fluoride to a public potable water supply unless the person is— a public potable water supplier for the water supply; or an employee or agent of the water supplier acting under the water supplier’s authority; or acting under section 60 . Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. s 14 amd 2012 No. 39 s 84
- (a) a public potable water supplier for the water supply; or
- (b) an employee or agent of the water supplier acting under the water supplier’s authority; or
- (c) acting under section 60 .
